I have an ocean front condo in Myrtle Beach. I get most of my business through VRBO. I have been on AirBnB almost 4 months

I just listed my condo for rent in  April of this year.  I began with VRBO because I used that years ago.  It was doing well, but I'd like more business from AirBNB since you are less expensive and more popular.  Why do I receive  400 to 500 click through on VRBO in the same time frame that I only receive 40 or 50 from AirBNB?   I have only had 3 bookings since June on AirBNB and I've had over 16 bookings in the same time frame from VRBO?  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you!

I have not been able to verify my location when at the condo.  Maybe this is the problem.

Hi Kelly!
Welcome to the group. I just, as of today joined VRBO & have been dedicated AirBnB.

am unable to exactly navigate your concerns as I use Community  Support, Google, etc to find my information

I have found that my bookings, which were amazing @ first, though have since decline dramatically. Sadly joining is something I did not want to do but the bottom line is I need to keep my place @ full occupancy to just keep ahead.
I have been brave to call out AirBnB (not sure with VRBO) that huge sole proprietorships & corporations have taken over AirBnB.

I can’t navigate their prices. I have one listing.
What I thought was a small intimate community I’ve come to realize I’m

 against corporations.
i understand that AirBnB i(& on the public stock exchange) is profit to the shareholders but @ what cost to us as hosts
