I have never had a negative review and I have always had 5 stars. Why did my percentage go down?

Just wondering how to know why my listing percentage went down when ive only had 5 stars and positive reviews?

@Suzette80 You get scored in 6 different sections. Your average among all those sections was rounded up to 5. On a computer you can click the 5* on their review and it opens up for you to view what they scored you in each section. Some of your 5* probably had at least one 4*.

@Suzette80  somebody gave you a 4* in the overall rating. The sub-categories don't figure into your overall rating, although guests can see those sub-categories. If you look up a 5* calculator on the Internet and plug in the number of reviews you have by what rating, it give you the average. That's your rating.
