Helllo David! 

Wow!! What a place you have!  I have been hosting for over a year, and I think you have done a wonderful job with your listing. 

Your pictures are spot on, and really capture the house and the level of care you provide! Your listing details are very good as well.  All was nicely laid out and easy to follow. 

Question: Is there wifi at the house? (I assume so).  If so, maybe add details of speed, as lots of guests like to work remotely. 

I would also provide a short list of distances and locations of: grocery story, gas station, family restaurant, larger stores (Costco) from the house. 

Again, I think you have a wonderful listing and have been super clear and transparent.   Wishing you continued success.
