I need some direction on my listing

I listed my property on Airbnb a month ago. Received a few inquiries but only one confirmed reservation. I seek to learn from the community to help me get more reservations.

@Varun129  Lovely and intersting space!  Your descpription is good.  There is no ambiguity about it being a 1 bedroom in a shared space which is good as long as it's read by the potential guest.  I would change it up to include some emotional triggers as to how a guest may feel while staying at your property.  Chat GPT can help you with this.

The pool looks very inviting however I don't see any lounges or umbrellas around the pool.  Adding this will go a long way.

You list bonfire and BBQ set up however I did not see this indicated in your pics. Maybe some close up pics of the elevated seating  so guests can get a feel for what it would be like sitting out there.

Your headline is OK  however I would remove the Silver Oak Estate and 1 bedroom.  There is already a filter for 1 bedroom and Silver Oak Estate doesn't really mean anything to anyone.

Something like " 30 Minutes to Delhi| BBQ| Firepit| Pool " Or some iteration of that that is not more than 50 charachters, 40 charachters is ideal for mobile as the headline won't be cut off.

Hope this helps!

@Karen114

Thank you so much for reviewing my listing and providing your valuable feedback. This is really helpful. I am definitely going to work on this.

@Karen114 This is some really lovely advice and I'm happy that @Varun129 agrees!

@Varun129, have you managed to make any changes to your listing since you posted?

Hi @Rebecca

Yes, I have made some changes in the listing title already.  And am soon planning work on the other suggestions as well.

That's fantastic to hear @Varun129 😊 Have you had a look around on the Community Center too? It's got so much information for new hosts. If you head to the top of the page you'll see the 🔍 search bar - if you type a question in there, you'll get lots of results. 🙌

We've also got a wonderful section of Host guides that have been written by some of the hosts here on the Community Center to support newer hosts with some of the most common questions. It would be great to know if they help too!
