Hey!
We have recently started renting our ''Birdbox''. This involves lots of individual bookings.
Out of 12 people we have had 2 that are asking for a price that is just impossible. My question is:
If i cancel on this booking request, will it affect my statistics or lower my search priority? Maybe something else?
I do not know much about this yet and would love to know how i can avoid it at best.

@Marius231 are you sure it is a request? It feels more like an enquiry to me. If it is the latter then just respond but do not accept or decline.
It may not be a request now you when you mention it this way.
I had contact with person who were booking, we agreed for him to cancel his request, but stated he does not have any out-going requests in his inbox, so it now makes a lot more sense to me. Thank you!
I’ve gotten dinged by Airbnb in the past for not replying within 24 hr so keep that in mind.
