Increasing bookings

I have had 5 star reviews and have enjoyed the few guests I have hosted during the short time I have opened up my villa in Crete, Greece to air bnb. I have read the reviews, re how to increase bookings. I have done most of these recommendations. Not sure what else to do. I am hesitant to lower my price too much but I would like to increase my visibility on air bnb.

Ciao @L112 , maybe you could consider shortening the minimum stay, this way your listing would receive many more views 😀

@L112 I would consider changing the listing to 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. That will attract families more than the current set up of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds.
