@Mark3104  Looks fine to me. Only suggestions would be to include a photo of the cats in the photo gallery. You'd be surprised how many people will book a listing with pets, arrive and then say they have allergies and expect you to lock the beasts up or want to cancel and get a full refund. 

Also, what's with the pile of hats on the kitchette shelf? That just looks messy and cluttered. It's a small enough area anyway, don't clutter it up with knicknacks and your own personal collections.

@Sarah977  Thanks Sarah-duh...I learn something new everyday-and you've been very helpful!

@Mark3104  I would sweep the leaves off of the back porch area and turn a light on or take the photo during the day for a brighter pic. As for the bathroom, I would buy a real trash can with a lid, and add a nice fluffy towel on the towel rack by the sink. I would also cover those marks on the walls in the bathroom with either or pic or mirror (sometimes it's easier to just hang something up to cover it) or paint it. Your listing looks nice.

Only a couple of extra comments from me:

Did you intend to have a 3 night maximum stay? I think this is what the listing is set to.

Also when I look at your listing Airbnb suggests other properties that are slightly more expensive but look very pretty. Of course I have no idea where in your town they are. Perhaps consider slightly lower prices until you are established with reviews?
