Is it a scam?

Dear community, 

I am needing to do a long stay in Athens and came across this listing. The listing only has two reviews despite the host being active for 1 year. And the reviews are already more than 6 months old.  Can I please get your thoughts on whether this is legit as it would require a considerable upfront payment to reserve? Thank you!

Difficult to comment as we can't see the listing.

In your situation if you are looking for a long stay abroad I would look to book with an individual superhost (not managed by a large manage company ) with lots of recent five star reviews @Charnelle1 

you only pay month by month for stays of 28 days plus.

personally if I was looking for a longer stay ie six months or more I would get an. Airbnb for a few weeks and then find a tenancy which will be cheaper and you will have tenancy rights
