Is it possible to set a minimum number of guests only on certain dates? My dillema is that we have a big cabin that on New Year's it is crucial to have it at full occupation

Usually we are just happy to rent it for one or two persons at base rate, but at our High Season I want to have it at full occupation which can be 4 persons. Thanks to everyone on advance. Smiles and Ocean songs from Oaxaca Mexico

@Yiimtii0 I don't believe there is a way to do this I am afraid. Perhaps just increase the rates and drop the extra peoples fee.

@Yiimtii0   There are a couple of possible solutions to achieve your end goal.  One is simply to raise the rates for the holiday weekend.  The other is to have two listings, one for 2 people and one for 4 or more people.  For the weekend you want full occupancy, block the calendar for the 2-person listing and leave it open for the 4-person listing.  You would need to sync these two calendars during the rest of the year so that if a party books one, the other is blocked.

This is dumb.  I’ve been on break for too long.  I mean, you COULD do two listings, but it would guarantee nothing since you can’t specify a minimum number of guests.  You can simply price them differently.  The less expensive listing wouldn’t show up in search of you blocked the dates
