Is there a way to add HST number and collect HST for 1 listing and let Airbnb collect for the rest?

I have a few listing under my Airbnb account out of which I own one property and rest i manage for someone else.  I want to add HST number & collect HST only for the property I own. Is there a way to do that?

I know one way is to add HST number to your profile, but in that case I would start collecting HST on all listings including which i dont own. I do not want to do that.

Other option i noticed was that within the listing --> Taxes --> Custom Tax Collection. But when i do that, I noticed Airbnb was still collecting HST and guests were seeing double tax. So i had to remove that.

I had a few calls with Airbnb but i always here they are working on it.  Is there someone who has done this earlier or has some solution/trick on how to collect HST on one listing and not others?
