Is this a SCAM?

Is anyone able to advise whether they think this is a scam.  It does seem too good to be real. The host has been in contact via email and has said the property must be booked via Airbnb, which is the right thing, but I'm still very doubtful and would like a second opinion.

I've never used Airbnb before.

I wanted to let you know that when I click on the link you shared, it doesn't redirect to an official Airbnb domain:

 

A real link to Airbnb will begin with https://www.airbnb.com or a country-specific URL like https://es.airbnb.com, https://it.airbnb.com, https://www.airbnb.at or https://www.airbnb.co.uk. If you click a link that takes you to a page that looks like Airbnb but doesn’t start with this address, it’s a fraudulent page and you should close it.
