Is this a fake listing

I am trying to determine if this is a fake/scam listing: 

There are no reviews, and it asks to email them first at * -- and also it seems "too nice" for the price based on what i have seen.

Any thoughts?

If you think a listing is a scam, then you can report it to Airbnb ("report" link in the listing).

It is not allowed to put an email-address in a listing, so Airbnb will probably remove it then.

If the listing has "*new" mentioned on it (at the top), then it is possible there are no reviews (yet)

It also can offer then the "new listing" special discount,
