My Superhost Status

Hi guys ,I know that after few days you are about to announce the new superhost new list ,and I wonder that just one negative review out of total 14 can prevent me from being a superhost ,taking in consideration that this guest review was unfair and you guys refused to remove his review just because it wasn’t against your rules and I was told in words from the support team you did nothing wrong be we won’t remove his evaluation also , and now I need a favor that someone have authority to give a fair eye on 2 things last review detailed and the current guest that am hosting till tomorrow thread of messages and decide if I deserve to be super host or not and I’ll waiting your kind feedback ,thanks

For Superhost status your average rating must be minimal 4.8 , but yours is 4.71

About the review:

I have read the review and your comment on it.

It is a rare incident, but i learned now it can happen.

Not sure what the right protection against it could be.
