Is this genuine listing?

I am looking to book a big place to fit few families.

This one came up on search results, but it only has 5 reviews, 3 of them from people who only reviewed that one property:

It seems a little bit suspicious to me.

Here is the same property on TripAdvisor, only 8 reviews, although this time few of them from people who reviewed many other places:

They are also on Booking.com (again very few reviews).

On top of that pricing on each platform is wildly different.

Would you risk booking it? I don’t want to end up with my guests looking for accommodation instead of sightseeing in the day…

@Daniel14923 with that many reviews from different platforms its unlikely to be fake. Clearly at least 13+ people have stayed there. I would message the host with some appropriate questions and make a judgement based on their responses.
