My new listing has no option for me to add photos to my arrival instructions or welcome guide.
I have been hosting for over 15 years so not new to navigating every iritating Airbnb software update. However, I have googled, AI'd & used commonsense and what I am told I will see or steps to follow are simple not showing when I am trying to update and add photos to information that guests receive after they book. Aargh---my first guest is arriving tomorrow!
Thank you!

I was finally able to add photos to Scheduled Messages on the desktop, but it wasn't intuitive. You have to click inside the message itself and then the (+) sign to add a photo is no longer grayed-out.
I am also able to add photos/instructions in the Arrival Guide on the desktop.
As @Patricia2526 says, it seems the App is easier to use in some circumstances and there have been many recent updates to the App, so be sure you are running the most current version of the App as she suggested. You may need to delete the App and re-install it on your phone.
Hi @Andrea1598
You can now add photos to your Arrival Guide and Scheduled Messages but only through the Airbnb mobile app. I’ve tried doing it on desktop, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work there (yet!). Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to access this feature.
Hello @Andrea1598,
Hi @Alex - Always easier to work on a lap top. But added some pictures via the app but I still couldn't add them in all of the places it would have been useful to do so.
Thank you for your assistance!
Ps. Been hosting guests for over 15 years and the constant changing of the platform is frustrating & difficult for people who were born before mobile phones existed!
