It's a new with a new listing and like you has no reviews. 

What would put me off is there isn't really any description of the listing or amenities offered @William2694

Thank you.  yes, I’m new to Air B&B and a little suspicious because it looks a bit too nice for the $.  Also messaged them yesterday and still have not heard back. I didn’t know if scams were common on Air B&B

If it looks too good to be true it normally is . Ho for a superhost with great recent reviews @William2694
