The problem was just the couch that looked “grimey.” Only the living room has a smart TV, if it's a couple, you can't watch it in the bedroom. The rooms also do not have black film, so at 5:30 am, everyone wakes up to the sun (for those who are used to sleeping with a fence, you can't sleep). When suggesting some improvements, the host suggested returning the money (like kicking the guest out). To complete, you still charge the energy outside of the app, charging amounts that are not agreed upon in the app.
Also your electric charge makes no sense to me as you supply 100Real worth of electric no matter if the stay is 1 night or 1 month.
