Just a thought

Hi everyone

 

I was just wondering if any other hosts feel that the review process has become too extensive!? 
As a regular Airbnb guest and Host I obviously see it from both sides and in my opinion, there are way too many questions at the end of a stay for guests.  I personally have taken to leaving a public review and then hitting ‘skip’ on all the other questions! Surely if a Superhost who knows reviews are important is finding it all too much, then how do regular guests feel about it?! Anyway, like I say, just a thought 😊

The more Airbnb knows what is important to guests (and isn't) the better; but there is a point where it becomes so detailed that it defeats its very purpose (leave a review).  I also found it too lengthy.
