Hi!

Our place is not child proofed and the community pool doesn’t have fencing.m around it. What’s the best way to indicate that?

You can select in the listing editor ('safety section") some options like: the accommmodation is not suitabe for children and/or babies

You can add also there more specific information why it is not safe.

In addition to @Emiel1 's suggestion, I would add this information to your Other Details Section and The Space Section. I think I would also add something to your after booking message about this (no fence around pool), since guests rarely read listing details. This gives them a chance to cancel if needed for a full refund if they have small children. I would also add something to the captions of any photos you have of the pool.

Does the Community Pool have lifeguards on duty? Are there restrictions for children?

I would also indicate in Guest Safety Section/Safety Info:
