Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone else had the same issue. A guest stayed at our property. They did not message us about any issues until during his review. He mentioned that the exhaust fan in the kitchen was installed incorrectly and he hit his head multiple times. The fan is installed above minimum industry standards. Anyone else had the same issue and any recommendations on how to go about the review?

I read the review and it appears that this is from the guest's perspective of the experience they had during their stay. Are you able to back up from a building inspector that it is within the building codes where your listing is located? If so, you may be able to dispute this review with Airbnb due to relevancy but again, Airbnb may determine that this is relevant to the guest's experience.
