Legit listing or not?

Hi all,

I am curious to hear some opinions on the following listing, if anyone has any thoughts on its legitimacy I would be glad to hear them.

Also seems to say something about a $2000 deposit in the description?

@Patrick-Joseph1 it looks legit but I would never book a place with a $2000 security deposit that is held by the host.

Personally I wouldn't book any listing that has a 4.5 rating  (Airbnb considers any listing below 4.6 or lower as failing listings .

you are not allowed to ask for deposits on Airbnb unless you use a channel manager (software) to manage the listings . 

they also use a large scale property management company that also have poorer reviews for other listings they manage. 

so in answer to your question does it look legitimate yes. Would I book with them - no,
