Liability Waivers

Hello everyone,

Have any of you used legal subscription programs to draft Liability Waivers?  If so, can you please:

1.) Share the name of the service you used

2.) Confirm if that service was included in your membership

3.) If this was not included in your service, can you please confirm if this service was available for a flat fee?

Good morning @Airron0 . I have never used a legal subscription service to draft liability waivers.  Depending upon what type of liability waiver it is, I would imagine a local attorney could draft one for you as state laws differ. 

Also to note,  liability waivers are fine for limiting your exposure,  however it will never stop anyone from suing you and you having to defend yourself in said suit if something goes wrong.

@Airron0  I do not use a subscription service for waivers.  I have a waiver that was drawn up by my insurer and an attorney and is in my computer as a word document that I can personalize and send via email to a client who needs to sign it, scan it and return via email.
