Hey everyone! I'm new to hosting, and have only been doing it for one month now. We just got our second listing live. Both our listings are in the same building. I'm wondering if there is a way to link the listings for folks of bigger party sizes to see both as an option for their trip. Would love to know if there is a way to do this or if anyone has any advice for a new host 🙂
Yes, it is possible by creating a third listing for the whole accommodation and link the calenders to prevent double bookings
The third listing is then the "parent" listing, the 2 others the "child" listings.

Something else to keep in mind since even with 2 your max is not extremely large 6 Guests but if parents, kids and grandparents on a trip. Speaking as a grandparent haha not sharing the bathroom and the tv sometimes is a big selling point lol. Make a 3rd listing max 6 guests so your in their search, price comparison would be single rentals that have 2 master bath spaces. The parents have to share with their children but when younger children sometimes children do that even a 3rd bathroom.
You would do your calendar linking by 1 of the listings tied to the third listing. I was reading the Airbnb directions on linking, it didn't say yes or no, so I don't know if the second listing also can be linked to your 3rd. If you don't turn on Instant Book, you would have to review but do that and see what the popular is and time of year sometimes can be an effect also, once you see I just manually block my other calendar when not a strong time.
Hi @Jasmine692,
Congratulations on your first month of hosting! How are you finding it so far?
I see Emiel and Marie gave you some advice based on their experience - let us know if you have more questions, or have made a decision on how to proceed already 😃
Thanks,
Emilie
