I have identical apartments on the same premises.  Do I need to add them as separate listings on air bnb?  If the same party requires to both apartments, how can this be done.

Would appreciate your expertise advice.

Yes you need two listings - just make sure the pictures are different in some way so that people can see there are really two apartments. You could also make a 3rd listing of both apartments together to pick up bigger groups of people but then you will need to link the calendars so that if one apartment is booked the two apartment listing becomes unavailable or if the two apartment is booked both the individual apartments become unavailable
