telephone number

The telephone number the guest can access is the wrong number but on my listing under settings I see the correct number.

3 guests have complained that they couldn’t contact me to check in.

how do I change this?

@Julie-Ann23.. if your phone number is correct, then the only number which guests see is this (correct) number .. nevertheless, you could send the guests your phone number in your welcoming-message.

The guest showed me a copy of the booking that he had printed off and it was my old number of about 5 years ago.  I need to find out how to find this number and change it before I get more bad comments.
