The link above connects to my Airbnb website - I have tried to complete all the blocks that provide information to our home!  It's a large private home and we love it... we travel when rented and take it off the market during fall and winter.  We have five upcoming bookings - I believe the  house is reasonably price at $1000 or more per night but we dropped it to build reviews...  We have not yet completed a full year but getting close... recommendations on the info and pictures I provide?  What can I do to lock in the booking - we get lots of beer budgets with chanpagne taste - that's okay but can I focus better...

We tried longer stays, but changed to the customary 3 days... to build reviews again.... what are your thoughts. on how we can better promote our home.

Your photos are beautiful.  If my mindset is a gorgeous property for my group of 10, for me I would need to see more in line with my priority.  Hard to confirm comfortable spacious living room seating for 10, how many  in the Cinema room, can 10 enjoy the deck and a gilled steak dinner?  It looks like a kitchen and dining table so 10 for breakfast, what is the layout?  Near each other or separate rooms?  Put on your vacation hat. Haha

Your property is an unique find.  General Internet Search Engines read the Airbnb Site looking for Keywords or Key Phrases for their user and display Airbnb Listings  Create some Airbnb Guides but for you like one about your pool which isn't common.

Your first 2 reviews mention everything at the rental, family all entertained.  Create a Guidebooks for like significant family celebrations dad retiring or turning 89.  The adult children, their children and older parents maybe not interested in 10 hours site seeing haha

I haven't tried my property is simple but I thought of your property. Someone was telling me the Marriot is listing rentals that qualify as it's Villa standards.  Check them out
