New update not working

New update not working

I installed the most recent update to my phone and my Airbnb app is not working.  I get "retry" on most all my options, messages, listing, etc.

 

I have an android.  How to I fix this ASAP? I'm having to go in via my laptop to see or do anything.  My app tells me I don't even have a listing.

 

HELP!

Hi @Michael9959 

 

Try force stop and restart the app.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Airbnb
  2. Tap Force Stop
  3. Reopen the app and check if it’s working.

Or reinstall the App

  1. Uninstall Airbnb from your phone.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Reinstall the latest version from the Google Play Store.


If all else fails: use Airbnb web app on mobile

 

  • Go to www.airbnb.com via your mobile browser and log in – you can access almost all features that way.
