Listing Not Showing

Hey Rebecca,

Thanks for your message. I listed my first apartment on Airbnb today. While I can see that the listing is marked as active, its not appearing in search results for example, when typing in “Carvoeiro Monte Dourado” It also doesn’t show up on the map.

Can you check if there is anything on the backend causing this, or let me know if it usually takes a few hours to populate fully? Would appreciate your help in making sure it becomes searchable as soon as possible.

Hi @Georgina331 

It can take up to 72 hours (usually at least 24 hours) for a new listing to appear to guests. This is intentional on Airbnb's part as it gives the Host time to finish adding all the addl information to make the listing complete after publishing it - there is ALOT of additional information required.
