I think your listing cute and your reviews excellent.I do have a suggestion, I noticed a lot of reviws said shoter stays, I think some minor tweaks you could average longer stays.
Though you have more sleeping area, tje dining and living areas are designed with seating for four. Your very large targey marketshould be 2 parents 2 children.
Price for 4 and do a per guest add on for five and six. This is actually a plus because if I am mom with a small family I pay less than a bigger family.
Kitchen - This market probably breadfast and maybe a quick dinner, so make sure your setup supports that for 7 days 4 guests.Living room couch fiys 3 at max.Get 2 large large floor pillows, children are flexible.
Bathroom pictures. Showclean but the target market, the parent is also looking how many in group can btusj their teeth same time? Is ther storage area for 4 toogthbrushes for a week? Safety They are concerned about slipping and children is the bathing and drting areas properlt equipped like a bathroom rug and a bathtub mat.
Tweak your ad.Focus more on what the target market would be renting. Your location near Disneyland and other sights but clean and more afforable then hotel costsfor four.
Your rental is beautiful it closes the deal but your location opens the door.
