I will like and appreciate your feedback on my listing .

I’m also interested in learning the best ways to promote my listing and share it on other platforms or places to reach more people.

Any tips, recommendations, or personal experiences would mean a lot to me.

How you need to market your STR business depends on your type of listing, location and who you've identified as your target market but here's some general marketing advice @Mely135 

1. Promote your property on all relevant STR platforms and other channels such as advertising on your local tourist board website 

2. set yourself up to take direct bookungs

3. set up your social media channels and develop a content plan to promote your STR

It is a nice listing.

My remarks:

Add the captions (type/size of bed) to the photos of the bedrooms.

Then the "where you sleep" section on the listing will also  update corectly.

(now it says all beds are in the livingroom)

The additional house rules are quite numerous. Guests will not read or remember them all, so i suggest to also provide a printed version version in the house. 

Mentioning "fines" for violations has no legal value, it is also against Airbnb rules, as they will decide about it in case of a dispute.
