Hi all,
I cannot rent my apartment even I registered on New York City website and received OSE number. When I typed in the OSE number OSE-etc in airbnb 'Add your registration number' page, it's giving me an error "Your listing ID on your registration with the City's Office of Special Enforcement doesn't match your Airbnb listing ID. Review and make sure it's the same."
This makes no sense to me because I'm typing in the registration number correctly and I'm not sure how to add my listing link on OSE website because when I login there's no way to edit my registration certificate.
I contacted airbnb and they are truly unhelpful and I've gone in circles w/ them for over a week. They asked me to call New York City. I did that, haven't heard back.
Anyone been able to resolve this?
