Hey Shaun-Marie, I'm catching up here so apologies for the late feedback... I see you have been hosting for 8 years and I'm a newbie so not sure I can tell you much! I love the property, its super cute and I agree that the exterior shot of the listing is not your most powerful photo - I think it could be and if you were fixed on sticking with it I would get those planters planted out and spilling with colour, even something perennial like lavender or some pinks and blues which give that cute cottage feel. You could actually even use fake flowers to stage the photo, just to get people to click through.
if you didn't want to go to all the effort - then my next fave shot is the dining area. I would set the dining table up nicely and re-take that shot, to give people the visual of what its like to sit in that space and have a lovely meal.
like I said just my first impressions, but you really have a lovely space, I'm sure you are a busy host!
