Hi @Rajat33! I would definitely invest in photos. In the mind-time change the main photo. Does not look attractive the place. The place has potential! Good luck

Your listing looks awesome!

To get to the top of listing internationally , I would list it under “Entire villa in Goa” rather than “Candolim” as people from overseas aren’t particularly fussy about a particular region.

I would also add extra folding beds so guests can accommodate additional family members

Hi @Rajat33 , it is important to know which type of guests you are catering for whether they be locals or foreigners. Look at other pet friendly establishments and see what they do different from you. I will definitely change the light coloured, see through curtains and add a bit more carpets. I will also add comfortable couches in the living room for those watching tv.

Hi @Rajat33 ! The place seems great! You have gathered so much information for someone visiting the area, very helpful. To enhance your listing, I would invest some more time in the pictures. With better lighting and change of angles you can get so much more out of the place, also when choosing the first picture. Also, think of what makes your listing especially attractive for someone visiting: Perhaps include “Entire villa close to beach” or something in that sense in the title. Best of luck! 🙂

First of all, I wish you prosperity in the beginning of your business journey with this wonderful platform Airbnb, which has all the tools for success that guide hosts to the right path.

All that the previous hosts mentioned is great advice. From my point of view, it’s important to focusing on the cover or main image, as it is the key to curiosity for the guest, in addition to the name of the residence that colleagues mentioned. Also, prices need to be reviewed periodically with the festive seasons in your area and compared to neighboring residences in this regard. All the best
