Hi, I have an Airbnb since 8 years. It is a beautiful place along the water in a small village near Amsterdam. As of since half a year I get much less bookings and I am a bit worried. Can you check my add and do you notice something how come? If when friends and family search for airbnb's in my village, mine is not shown on the list, only on the map. I don't understand what happend. Thank you in advance for your help.

What do you mean with property or host not available? When do you see that? Maybe there I made a mistake? As in August and september I have 0 bookings. Can you make a print screen of what you see and send the picture or is that not possible via this community?

@Marie8425 I think I know what you mean. I wanted the Saterday as a check in and check out day during peak season. Last year it worked super. Maybe this year not and I have to be more flexibel? I changed it now. We will see. Thank you!

I don't know all the ins and outs with the calendar tools offered.  I looked though when you mentioned minimum stay other Hosts have created the same unexpected blocks.

Maybe with the 2 day minimum stay set try just tweaking your check in rules can you set for 2 weeks so you can look if a problem?

The other option is state in your ad as minimum and declining 1 night inquiries?  Do not set Airbnb minimum Depending how many declines in  few weeks reevaluate that solution.

While your figuring out your right answer Turn off Instabook so you don't get surprised. lol
