Listing improvements

Just wondering if someone would mind looking at my listing and suggest improvements.

@Clive136 A few thoughts:

Your comments re cleaning gear suggest you expect guests to clean. I would suggest something like 'In case of spills there is a cleaner and cleaning equipment in the .....'

Do you really want 1 night stays? A 2 night minimum might might make sense unless you love cleaning

Your weekly discount seems quite high to me.

Have you compared your rates to others? just highlight some dates in the calendar and compare to booked or unbooked properties.

Dear Mike and Jane,

I turned off 1 night stays and the bookings stopped so I changed it back again because we weren't getting any bookings.   Thought initially just to get people through the door I would allow it.

I used price labs to work out the prices.  But maybe I should try your suggestion.  

Bookings started well but the last 5 days haven't had any so wondering why it has stopped.

@Clive136 yes and add - There is cleaning equipment available (say where) in case of major spills/accidents.
