Guests can't see this notification so it won't be affecting your bookings. @Imperial-Stay-Services0

what will be though is that you you have a lot of lower ratings with a number of guests raising issues about a lack of cleanliness, issues with check in, low quality furniture, poor quality bedding, a lack of basics, bad odours   etc.

while every host can get a poor review now and again the number of lower reviews do indicate there's a problem with how you are managing your STR business.

there are multiple reviews raising the same issues so it does appear they aren't being addressed.

if you want to get more bookings improve how you are managing your listing so you get better reviews and then you will go higher up the search rankings .

you are fortunate Airbnb hasn't suspended your profile completely it sees listing of 4.6 as poorly performing and yours are an average of 4.45.

Thank you for your prompt response. @Helen3

We truly appreciate your insights.

Currently, we’re managing around 40 Airbnb listings. Recently, we encountered an issue at one of our properties ( 9 listing) due to our third-party cleaning service. They mishandled cleaning and linen, but we acted swiftly, replacing the team to prevent further issues. All other concerns have already been addressed.

We understand that the "needs attention" flag isn't visible to guests. However, it seems to be affecting our bookings due to Airbnb's algorithm.

Since we’ve already taken corrective action, we would like to know if there’s any way to inform Airbnb that this issue has been resolved.

I haven’t had an issues flagged with Airbnb so not sure how you would respond to let them know issues have been addressed but you could check with their customer services @Imperial-Stay-Services0

Thanks for prompt response.
