Hello,
Has anyone had the problem with your listing not showing because you turned on “Good Track Record” setting?
My listing will show with instant book , but not with good track record setting on.
Thank you

Hello and thank you for your response. The Airbnb agent explained that someone with no stays or has a bad record because a host not recommending them will not see my listing. Even someone who thinks they have a good track record doesn’t know for sure that a host could have clicked on not recommending to other hosts.
Hi @Ernest586 ,
It is less likely to happen. Were you able to get through this?
If not, please feel free to share a screenshot, so that I can get in touch with the technical team for further advice.
Hello,
when I turn on instant book with “good track record” my listing disappears when a traveler turns instant book filter on. The problem has to be seen by a technician. Unless it won’t show since the traveler isn’t logged into Airbnb or doesn’t have a good track record.
🤷♂️
Hi @Ernest586, a listing will show up in the IB filter only if the viewer/guest meets all the IB requirements set by the Host, in this case, you.
If the guest/viewer does not meet the IB requirements i.e. does not have a good track record, then the listing will not show up in the search results when the IB filter is turned on and has a good track record enabled.
Did you try searching your listing from another device or used any family members/different accounts to search for your listing?
I have a friend try to search it and she has a good track record but of course she doesn’t know if all the hosts recommended her to other hosts. She wasn’t able to find it.
If you know for sure you have a good track record then please try searching for more listing. Tell me your results.
@Ernest586 What is the track record of the account holder that you are logged in as to view properties?
My spouse has an account that I use solely to view properties and check on the listings in my area. He does not have any stays associated with his account, so I will not see any properties that require a "good track record".

Because I have never stayed at an Airbnb my listing won’t show up for me. So for me to view it I have to turn off “good track record”.
