Hello everyone, I am new here trying to dive into this new experience 🙂 

Do you have any constructive advice to make my listing more appealing? I do not have many dates available since I’m just renting out a room in my space when the house is not overcrowded with roommates.

I took a quick look and here are 3 QUICK suggestions:

1. Your first photo is a bit dark, swapping it for a brighter shot facing the window would make the room feel more inviting and increase clicks.

2. Your title is clear, but adding a key benefit (e.g. “Quiet loft bed in heart of Friedrichshain - fast WIFI included”) would help it stand out more in search results.

3. Your pricing is competitive, but the description doesn’t highlight the neighbourhood (cafes, transport, parks). Adding these can really help attract more bookings.
