Listing suspended Help!!

Hello I just received an email today that my listing will be removed due to duplication.
I recently purchased this property and the previous owner was also using this property as a short term rental and had posted on Airbnb. Once we bought the property she deleted her listing and we created a brand new one and now we are flagged for removal. My calendar has been blocked. I have filed an appeal with proof of ownership but have been hearing alot of horror stories where hosts are not able to get their listings relisted

if anyone has gone through this please advise

Thank you so much my lisiting has been restored after providing proof of ownership and proof that previous owner has deleted the listing.

This is awful and unfortunately an all too common complaint since the introduction of AI to Airbnb where new owners are having their listings suspended after new ownership of a property that may have had listings issues in the past but not always.  

 

Do you have any idea if the previous owner had bad reviews for the listing?
