I have been hosting on Airbnb for the past four years. Due to personal reasons, I paused hosting for a couple of months and later relisted my apartment after completing renovations. Initially, the apartment appeared as listed, but shortly afterward its status changed to suspended without any explanation.
I have tried reaching out to Support but have not received a response so far. I am wondering what might have caused this issue and what steps I can take to have the listing reviewed or reactivated. I am fully licensed to operate this business and am in compliance with all applicable local regulations.

Thanks everyone, the problem is resolved after the location verification.
I see there is 1 (new) active listing in your profile.
Is it another one which is suspended ?
Thanks, it’s the same listing. It appears as suspended on my account. Also, does not appear in the search. Airbnb support says it is because of the new listing but that does not make sense. Any idea how to get it fixed?
Your listing can be browsed.

I see it is not in the search system yet.
It can take upto 72 hours (useally 24 hours) before a new listing appears in the search system:

Hi @Khizar3
If it was suspended the most likely cause would be because it was flagged as a duplicate of the previous listing.
For obvious reasons Airbnb doesn't want hosts to delete listings and start over. If you need to take a temporary break, go to the Listings tab and change the Listing Status to Unlisted.
So what I should do in this case since it shows suspended? I tried to reach out to AirBNB but no response/explanation.
I would like to see more details in the booking form and also look and the calender.
But it does not allow me, as the listing says only an experienced guest can make the first booking.....
But it does not appear in the search. I normally keep "Require a good track record" ON that's why you might be seeing the message. How I could reach out to AirBNB to understand the exact cause? Any idea?
If the booking-form is not working, the listing will definitily not be in the search system.
(But i can not test it because of the limitation you have set).
Airbnb can be contacted in the useal ways:

@Emiel1 Thanks, I have removed that limitation. Could you please check now? At my end, it still shows Suspended.
Why did you re list it rather than just use the existing listing @Khizar3
Airbnb doesn't allow duplicate listings.
Thanks, this is not a duplicate. There is only one listing.
Hi @Khizar3
Just to explain a bit more what probably happened here:
Airbnb cannot have a system where hosts can simply delete listings and then make a new listing for the same space without approval - that would mean that one could start over each time after a bad review, so the credibility of the review system would be severely impacted.
For that reason, the system is programmed to detect listings that were deleted and re-listed. Airbnb calls these "duplicate" listings - it could be a duplicate of another active listing, or a duplicate of a listing that used to be active and has been deleted.
I think the above is probably the reason why your listing shows "suspended" on your host dashboard. When I go to your listing, the dates on the calendar are all blocked (meaning it's not coming up in search results). You need to contact Airbnb Support for help. Explain what happened and ask them to help you activate the listing.
Thanks everyone, the problem is resolved after the location verification.
