Hello @Tanea5
I had a good look at your listing and here are some points that I picked up that I hope you will find useful:
*Add more information under your profile
*The first five photos are the most important and your first photo is stunning so I would definitely click on your listing. However, it's a shame to waste them on a front door and a self-check-in lock in these photos. Guests want to see what's special about your place in those fab 5 photos so show them the great kitchen, bedroom, bathroom etc
*I would retake all of the inside photos in landscape mode and not in portrait mode as this gives the guest a much better view of what you're offering. Most people seem to use their phones to view listings so landscape mode is the way to go. Some photos can be zoomed out (bedroom and bathroom) to give an idea of space. You've described your photos so that's great as guests tend to view photos more than they read the description
*Talking of description, I would rewrite this and take out all the 🙂 that are included and talk about what makes your place unique and special.
*Your listing says it caters for 4 people. However there is mention of only 1 bed! 4 people in 1 bed can't be right?!
*The lounge with its two lovely sofas could do with some cushions to warm up the room and I was wondering where I would put my coffee cup if I were sitting down? The blinds are closed too - is the view awful and you're covering it up? Only joking of course...
Always look at what your competitors are offering and how they highlight their place to see if you can pinch any ideas..
All the best,
Joëlle

Hi @Tanea5
What stood out immediately to me is that it’s so bland with no character—like a hospital room. Here are some suggestions:
1. Add color—2-3 throw pillows on couch
2. Put up a colorful shower curtain (not plain)
3. Put appropriate size pictures on walls in living room
4. Put curtains or valances at windows
5. Add a picture of dining area
6. Add coffee table and end tables with lamps in living room
7. Add night stand(s) in bedroom
8. Rearrange bed so no portion is blocking window.
9. Put a coffee pot on counter with complimentary coffee
10. On bathroom shelves, add towels, washcloths, hand towels and toiletries.
11. Add a wreath or a decorative object to entrance door.
And lastly, the rental seems small for 4 people to comfortably move around. I would reduce to 2, and max would be 3.
I hope these suggestions give you a starting point and good luck on hosting.

I am looking forward to hearing what you think and whether you plan to implement some of these suggestions. 😊
