Listings not visible

I am so frustrated and hoping someone has some great advice. I have three listings, that have been active since 9/8. Initially I was booked frequently. Great reviews, super host, one is guest favorite. About two weeks ago the bookings stopped completely and not a single one since. I understand the initial push from Airbnb. However, when I search the area, on dates I have available with my parameters on a desktop with no search history they do not appear in any search. I’ve contacted Airbnb multiple times, who has not really been able to answer or solve the problem. I’m beyond frustrated and upset and this is costing my business a tremendous amount of money. Does anyone have any suggestions to correct what’s causing my listings to not be visible. Airbnb has looked into it, says there are no restrictions, and that they can see them. But they do not come up in any searches. Help!!!!

Is this only doable on a computer? Or is it doable on the app?

@Natalie1543

You can do on your phone.

Done. Double checked on all three listings. Have I mentioned how amazing you are? I am so hoping all this help you’re giving me gets the listings doing well again! I truly appreciate you.

So checking tonite, all 3 listings are appearing in search results now. 😊

I believe lowering the prices was the key factor. The other tweaks help though.

I optimize and create listings for a living. I own a short & mid-term rental consulting business so this is fun for me 😊

If you do this for a living, can I please compensate you for all the help you’ve given me? Other than the aforementioned flowers and pony?

@Natalie1543

Nah...this is what the community center is for! There are some other top contributors who also volunteer their time to help other Hosts. 👍

If you feel so inclined, you can pass along a reference to some other Host that might want to have me optimize or create a listing for them. I don't do ongoing Co-Hosting anymore, but do listing optimization and also help new Hosts create their listings and stay with them for about 3 months until they get the hang of things.

I do like ponies though 😊🤣

Well, you are officially my new Airbnb bestie!!!!!!! I will refer you to anyone and everyone and will be happy to send you a pony, references or Venmo for all of your help!!!

Think your beds are wrong on the large listing? You have a King bed in the Living Room? Isn't that where the sofa bed is? Should be 1 sofa bed, 1 air mattress?

The sofa bed is a king bed. I waffled on that one. I’ll change it now!

@Natalie1543

No worries. Just add that the sofa bed is a King size to the caption on the photo. You should try to get a photo of the sofa bed pulled out and made up as a bed. Use that as the one where you add sleeping arrangements and it will show up under where you'll sleep.

Can I send you the original picture and you can add the arrow and text to the quality image? Mine looks like it was done by a drunk 3yo. Sigh.

@Natalie1543

Yes. You'll need to email it from your phone to me. Otherwise it will be in the wrong file format.

You'll need to send me a direct message on the forum, as we are not allowed to share private information in the public forum.

@Natalie1543

Suggest you find the original photo of the beach shot with the arrow on your computer and modify the original, as the one I did was just to show you how to use your own photo.

It's ok for now, but its a poor quality photo as it's not a large enough pixel size. Airbnb needs photos to be at least 1024x683 pixels to show well on a listing.

Oh will do. I’m sorry!!
