Loft space
Hello - we recently added a listing which is an apartment with one bedroom. We are only offering to singles and couple - max 2 people. We have a loft area with 2 additional twin beds - there is a metal ladder that does not retract up into the loft. We do not guests to use the loft area as we don't want the liability of people going up and down ladders. Should I put a sign on the ladder not to use or is there a better way to say this area if off limits - I don't want to sound unwelcoming. Any ideas for a polite way to let guests know this area is restricted.
Thank you.

I work with another Host who had the same situation. She removed the ladder. She also put something under the Guest Access Section in the description that the Loft was not available for guest use.
