Long term bookings

I thought I had my settings for long term bookings. Could someone tell me how to adjust my settings so I show up on the platform for monthly bookings. Thanks in advance.

I took a look at both your listings and they appear to be setup correctly for long term bookings.  Not only will your listing appear on the regular Airbnb site, it will also appear on the Airbnb sublet site (providing someone searches for dates you have available) located here: https://airbnb.com/sublets.
