Please looks at my listing I have been on Airbnb since October of last year 2022 and  just barely got superhost (super difficult because no one leaves reviews hardly) and not enough bookings…  what can I do the area is overstatured with Airbnb condos… I’m half a block not even from the beach across the street most popular area golden zone help me please https://www.airbnb.com/h/modern-condo-near-the-beach-in-mazatlan

Beautiful modern property! I would suggest adding a picture of the beach or an aerial shot showcasing how close you are to the beach. That’s a big selling point ! I wouldn’t know that just browsing through your current photos. Also 45 photos is a lot, perhaps removing any duplicate photos? Photo highlighting the beach should be in your top 5 photos, people lose interest as they browse.

To get more reviews, are you already messaging them thanking them for their stay after check out? I’ll usually add a message like “Thanks so much for staying with us! We’ll be leaving you a 5 star review, we hope you’ll do the same.” That usually works!

@Maria-Luisa48 Your place is really nice and you're doing a great job. However, I didn’t see amenities listed. Please list those.

Also, talk up your place. Example: This condo comes with everything:  a complimentary starter kit with a variety of coffee pods for the Keurig, bottled water, teas, snacks, and condiments. Also, you can watch your favorite stations via Hulu, Netflix, Prime, and HBO on a 65-inch HD TV. Internet is also included so bring your laptop if you need to work while on vacation.  And of course, only add these amenities if true.

Hi @Maria-Luisa48,  Have you checked out @Gwen386 and @Laura5961's suggestions? I love the idea of adding a picture of the closest beach, and including information about the internet sounds  useful for digital nomads.

Please keep us posted on the improvements you end up implementing.
