Looking for advice on getting our place rented for the NFL Draft in Green Bay, WI.

Our Airbnb is only 45 minutes from Green Bay, WI where they are hosting the NFL Draft this year in April.  I am looking for suggestions on how I can attract people to our site for this as well as for future Packer games.  Do I need to change my title?  Can this be done for specific dates?  I am still new to this and eager to learn and try new suggestions.  Thank you.

II would suggest focus on designing for generic internet search engines.  Sprinkling "Keywords" attracts that traffic searching for like NFL draft Lodging and a potencial Guest using Airbnb Search is going to notice.

To be noticed search engines like the Airbnb site because traffic.  You have to tell their computer show my listing.

"KETWORDS" Use description photo captions and Guidebooks 

Computers look for new, so make a few changes regularly for date modified to change,

Use Airbnb Custom Discounts if 20% Airbnb markets,  Remember with a Customs Discount you set the days, you do not have to set to whole intent.  I want a 7 day rental maybe my Custom Discount is 3 of the days,

You can't change the Title for specific dates. Keywords will work for Google searches, but not necessarily Airbnb. I suggest changing your Title and maybe the first line of your description. 45mins from where they are doing the NFL draft isn't necessarily very close, but you know your market better than me 😊. Don't think you need to say "Red Barn" in your title - guests can see that from the photo and you're using up valuable space in your 50 character title. Only 32 characters show in the thumbnail photo in searches. The fact they you are on the river also implies the other benefits: fish, beach, boat, sunsets. You want your best, most unique amenities listed in the Title:

Current Title

Red Barn on the River-Fish, Beach, Boat, Sunsets

Suggested Title

On River! Lambeau Field 40mins! Beach/Boat/Views

The above Title first portion will show on the thumbnail photo (30 characters), which is what you want, but also highlights your River location. The rest of the Title (whole 50characters) will show if the guest clicks into the listing page. 

Description

I would then put this in the first line of the Description:

"Only 40 minutes away from Lambeau Field! Perfect for the NFL Draft and Packer games."

Google Search

A few days after you make the changes, do a Google search for Lambeau Field, NFL Draft and Packers and see if your listing appears in results.
