Lots of listing views but low bookings

Hi I have recently started hosting in July 2033 . This month I had close to 4 k views but got only 4 new bookings . Not sure what’s going on . Listed below is the url to my listing . Any insights would be greatly apprecoated

Try doing a 20% off  promotion for the upcoming weekend or week if you aren’t  already booked- whatever your average stay length is. This will move your listing to the top of the search with a slash thru the price. People will look at your listing first and probably just book and not even keep looking because they won’t want to miss out on the deal. 

I did this past 3 weekends and got booked all three!

The house and furnishes are gorgeous but look a little sterile. Perhaps more color on the walls and less throw pillows- they look like a magazine photo shoot, but no one really uses them. Maybe a few colorful pillows or throw blankets instead for some pops of color.

One quick fix is for you and your cohost to upload a photo of yourselves on your profiles and complete some profile information as Airbnb requests. @Sumaira1 

What market research did you do before setting up your listing around supply and demand including seasonal peaks and lows .?
