I am new to Airbnb and have listed my property (which is a 2 bedroom gite) in Dec. 2024. I have not had any enquiries so far and when I tried to search for my property on Airbnb it did not appear in the search across all 10 pages, however when I made a more focused searched naming the nearest village it appeared on page 2 of 2 pages. I appreciate that this could be as a result of the reviews each property has (which is fair enough) but I cannot find any tools on the website to increase my visibility, can someone help?

I find you on page 4 for Saint James, 4 guests.
The main difference between your listing and the majority of the ones on the first page, is that they are mostly quite a bit cheaper. You can look specifically at nearby listings that you feel are comparable to yours, and try to run a promotion or to lower the minimum price to be just below those (at least until you have a good number of reviews). Generally speaking, price is usually a big factor in the rankings.
