Manage payment out

I want to re-start list my properties with air BNB, but I see many feature are update.

So, I want to clarify about payout. 

Before need to add ID card  and transfers by Union Pay. 

and new I can't find option to add my ID card. 

Instead of it. I see option to add Visa, Credit card (why need to add CVV card?)for payout. It's right?
