Minimum Stay

I have set a minimum stay requirement of 28 nights. However, my home comes up in the search for only a 2 night stay. It appears that someone could book it for 2 nights. I only want a minimum of 28 nights. What else do I need to do to prevent someone from booking for less than 28 nights?

I see you own 2 listings.

They show indeed a minimum stay for 28 nights.

But the one named "Cozy 3 Bedroom Home  etc...." shows a minimum stay of 1 night when booked at 5 december.

Maybe check listing for special setting on certain dates.

Thank you! You correctly identified the problem. By mistake the special setting was turned on to show only 1 night. I have corrected it. Thanks for your help!

I don't know about your search, but the house is set with the correct minimum.  If I open your calendar to book the Airbnb System tells me 28 day minimum.

On a side note, you know what is a good market resouce, because larger house.  Families buying a home in your area but if moving into the state sometimes need a family home short term while closing or looking for their permanent home.  Local realtors advertise your Airbnb listing.

It looks like your settings are currently showing a minimum stay of 28 nights. If you want to double-check this, just open your Airbnb app, go to Listings, then select the listing you want to review. Tap Listing Editor, scroll down, and look for Availability. From there, you can adjust your minimum and maximum night requirements as needed.
